The first course that I did was called the ‘Basic Course’ in Art of Living. This powerful course rekindled my faith in the goodness of life. The anger and sarcasm born out of harsh experiences of life was replaced by faith that it is possible to live the values of love, sharing, compassion, honesty and selfless service.
